Some MasterCard cards, depending on their configuration, limits or issuing bank, do not allow withdrawals to be received. In these cases the payment is rejected directly by the card and unfortunately we are unable to intervene to resolve it.
✅ What can I do?
Option 1 — Bank transfer
Make the withdrawal via bank transfer by entering your IBAN.
Option 2 — E-wallet (e.g. Skrill)
If you cannot find your bank in the list, you can withdraw via an e-wallet such as Skrill.
ℹ️ You do not need to have previously deposited with this method — you just need to have an active account to complete the withdrawal.
⏱️ How long does an e-wallet withdrawal take?
E-wallet withdrawals are usually processed the same day, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
