What documents are valid to verify my card?

Any of the following, as long as the account holder’s name matches your gaming account:

  • Photo of the physical card — CVC covered, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, and your name
  • Verification transaction detail (€0) — downloaded from your bank
  • Card contract — issued within the last 6 months
  • Card statement — issued within the last 6 months

What documents are valid to verify my Bizum?

A verification transaction detail (€1) showing the amount, the date, and your name as the account holder.

How you obtain this document varies by bank — see the section below for your specific case.

How do I obtain my Bizum transaction detail, depending on my bank?

BBVA and Revolut

  1. Open the detail of the €1 transaction
  2. Select “Send detail” or “Download detail”
  3. Send us the generated PDF

Santander

  1. Go to your account’s transaction history
  2. Go to “More options”
  3. Select “Account certificate” → “Transaction certificate”
  4. Filter by transaction type: Bizum, and select today’s date
  5. Download the PDF and send it to us

Banco Sabadell

  1. Open your bank’s app and go to “Movimientos” (transactions)
  2. Select the Bizum payment
  3. Select “Ver documento” (view document)
  4. Tap “Compartir” (share)
  5. Choose the option to download the file as PDF
  6. Attach the downloaded PDF and send it to us

ING

  1. Log in to your account from the website (not the app)
  2. Request a statement, filtering by date and amount so only the Bizum transaction appears
  3. Download the statement as PDF
  4. Send it to us

CaixaBank

  1. Go to the Bizum section
  2. Select “Check transactions”
  3. Open the transaction detail
  4. Expand the “Sent by” section (this is where your name appears)
  5. Take a screenshot showing your name, the amount, and the date — CaixaBank’s PDF is not valid for this case

Is your bank not listed here?
Contact us and we’ll help you find the right way to obtain it for your bank.

Whenever your bank allows it, we recommend sending the document as a PDF rather than a screenshot — this speeds up verification. The only exception is CaixaBank, where only a screenshot is accepted.
